Non-Prevailing Wage Pricing:

  • 1 Straight Truck Driver/Mover and 1 Moving Helper & 1 26 foot Moving Truck: $159/hour
  • Each additional Moving Helper: $65/hour
  • Each additional Straight Truck Driver: $70/hour
  • Each additional Moving Truck: $375/day

Prevailing Wage Pricing 2024:

  • 1 Straight Truck Driver/Mover and 1 Moving Helper & 1 26 foot Moving Truck: $249/hour
  • Each additional Moving Helper: $109/hour
  • Each additional Straight Truck Driver: $118/hour
  • Each additional Moving Truck: $375/day

Volume Tier: Purchases >$5,000 = 5% / Purchases > $10,000 = 7%

We recycle all packaging materials that are eligible for recycling.

Disposal

For the removal of old equipment, we offer disposal based upon the weight of the items to be disposed at the rate of .35/lb.

For the disposal of equipment containing data that must be cleaned before disposal, we use a company called Iron Mountain. If requested by the MHEC member, we will incorporate the cost of data destruction into our quote as a pass-through cost.

Warehouse Storage

Vaulted warehouse storage: $85/vault/month.

Each vault can hold 220 cubic feet of goods.

For 5 vaults or more, we offer a discount of 15%.
